Dealing Shot

Weapon selection can now be instant after canceling the "Dealing Shot" option.

Yoru

Uninvited Guest

Beacon duration increased from 15 seconds to 20 seconds.

Decoy

We've increased the illusion effect: Decoy clones will now use the weapon Yoru last selected, rather than the strongest one in his arsenal.

Penalties for Rank Manipulation

VALORANT has introduced new, effective tools for detecting rank manipulation, based on the systems successfully implemented in League of Legends last year. Using these new tools, as well as data from rank manipulation reports, for which we added a separate category late last year, we will begin enforcing penalties for confirmed violations.

Punishments may include account suspension, rank loss, and loss of ranked rewards.

Players will begin receiving responses to reports and notifications about actions taken against violators they have played against in the same match.

Our goal is to preserve the competitive spirit of ranked play, ensuring that every rank is earned fairly. For more information on rank manipulation and how we combat it, please read our article on fair play.

The Outlaw is performing extremely well. We want to retain the power of its double-shot, while making its effective use more demanding in terms of skill and control.

Recovery Time: 0.1 >>> 0.15 after first shot

Spread: 0 >>> 2.25 after first shot

Recoil: 0 >>> 4 after first shot
